  1. Hi, I absolutely love this! Do you have a pattern? I'd love to make this for my niece. Thank you!

  2. These slippers are absolutely addictive to sew. I have made five pairs already and have a sudden urge to make another. They are from a McCalls pattern 5131 but it doesn't seem to be listed on their site any longer. I will email them about it. I found mine at a thrift shop and have made a few little changes with each pair. I hope you see this. I wasn't sure how to contact you because comments don't link back to their sender.

  3. I have emailed McCalls to request permission to share the pattern but I noticed that it is available right now on Etsy and Amazon.com. I made alot of changes to the construction of the slipper, but the basic shapes were taken directly from the pattern package unchanged. You may email me directly for the list of changes and instructions if you are still inclined:)

  4. Hi Glenda ... I made my first pair of bootees for little Spencer and they really turned out nicely ... BUT can you believe I did not take a snap of them! I will have to do that ... With his chubby little feet in them. He came into this world March 19th weighing a whooping 9 lbs. 13 oz!! he looks as though he is ready to start school !! LOL
